Here at Waterside Clinic, we pride ourselves on our trusting, supportive and respectful doctor-patient relationships. And those caring connections extend beyond our GPs across all our team members, as exemplified by our warm and welcoming Clinic Coordinator and Phlebotomist, Nefeli.
Nefeli has worked at Waterside Clinic since May 2024 and is responsible for all things admin and blood draws. With years of customer service experience under her belt, she is proactive, efficient, empathetic, kind (and always smiling!)
For Nefeli, a typical day at the clinic involves keeping on top of a wide variety of administrative tasks, answering phones and emails, taking blood samples, and ensuring all our patients are being well looked after.
For her, the highlight of her role is seeing people getting the treatment they want and deserve, and she believes the inclusive, friendly environment that she and the team at Waterside Clinic work hard to create makes all the difference to our patients.
During her work breaks, you’ll find Nefeli enjoying her coffee by the Water of Leith. Outside of work, Nefeli lives a full and colourful life which includes fire juggling, belly dancing, painting, writing, poetry, reading fantasy novels, playing board games, singing and bouldering.
