It is so important that our patients are made to feel at ease as soon as they walk through our door, and the latest addition to the Waterside Clinic team has already made a positive impact doing just that.
Ava recently joined our team as an Apprentice Clinic Coordinator. It is her responsibility to welcome patients, book appointments, process payments and organise correspondence.
Her previous experience working in nurseries means she brings a calm and caring manner to her role, she works hard to ensure every patient experience is a positive one, and for these reasons she has quickly fitted into our friendly team.
When asked what she enjoys most about working in at Waterside Clinic Ava said; “I enjoy getting to meet a variety of people, and connecting with patients through music, piercings and films!”
You see, outside of work you’ll find Ava dancing the night away at Edinburgh’s Bongo Club, and adding to her growing collection of piercings and tattoos. And when she’s in need of a little quiet time, she loves nothing more than curling up with her cats Luda and Albie and watching a movie.
